Ms. Cristina Delphia is the Executive Assistant to Eric S. Montalvo, Founding Partner of the Federal Practice Group. In this capacity, she supports a wide range of client development initiatives, project-based tasks and serves as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for Mr. Montalvo. Ms. Delphia plays an important part in client-facing activities that enhances the team’s effectiveness and exceed client expectations. In addition to assisting with legal work and helping attorneys finalize critical documents, Ms. Delphia is also in-charge of Mr. Montalvo’s day-to-day activities and coordinates client and team meetings and firm events. Ms. Delphia is also responsible for a full array of administrative support tasks with the firm. Her extensive experience in criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, foreclosure, and real estate law gives her a well-rounded background of legal procedures and practices.

Ms. Delphia holds a Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Theresa’s College, Philippines, with a major in Elementary Science and minor in English. Ms. Delphia is a native speaker of Tagalog and Cebuano.
